When I was in Chicago, it was the architecture that constantly captivated me. When I perused my pictures after I was home, I noticed that in some of them, the signs of spring in the city were obvious. Chicago's
Millennium Park was awash with white flowering trees and beds of pink tulips were planted beside all the subway entrances along State Street. I saw a lot of grunge in the city, but I saw beauty too. These two photos give you a peek at the prettiness.
